Hi,

Kindly perform below steps:
1.  Close all ANSYS jobs on user machine. In Windows Search type %appdata% and hit enter, Rename Ansys folder to Ansys_old
2.  In Windows Search type %temp% and hit enterClear content of this folder
3. If issue persist kindly repeat step 1 & 2 and then uninstall Ansys with admin access and reinstall Ansys by right clicking setup.exe file and click on 'run as administrator'.
