I would try removing LSTC_FILE and unset the env variables. To use LS-DYNA solver with Ansys license, you only need to define the below env, no need to define the LSTC_LICENSE_SERVER. 

export LSTC_LICENSE=Ansys

Note that you will need any additional env you generally set for Ansys license, such as ANSYSLMD_LICENSE_FILE.
