Hi Shrihari,

I checked Workbench LS-DYNA in 2024R2 and the force reaction from Fixed Support boundary condition is available by default using the Solution Information (please refer to the screenshot below).

Once you select this option, you can set the Boundary Condition to "Fixed Support" in the details window and then specify the orientation of interest.
