Hey,

Localized high stresses are sometimes due to contacts which might have initial penetrations. Do check the initial contact conditions properly.

It can sometimes even occur due to over constrained models or poor support conditions, if possible share some model setup info if the initial contacts are properly setup.

The mesh also seems very coarse, with highly elongated elements. Can you share some mesh info too ?
