Thanks, I did take the stress-strain curve for the maximum value only. I want to test the following effect of different materials on the maximum torque of the screw, the stress-strain curve of the simulation result of material 1 is in line with the real curve of the material. So I based on this model, keeping the meshing and other conditions the same, and just changed material 1 to material 2, but the results for material 2 are as you can see. If the mesh is changed, does that still give the effect of comparing the effect of screws of different materials on the maximum torque?
