Thank you for your suggestion. After modifying delta_a, I corrected the C coefficient in Paris's law. This simple model can perform crack growth well, but my complex model is still unsolvable.

May I ask damax=1.5*element_size(ESIZE), where element_size (ESIZE) is refer to the red box in the picture?
