Hi Alexia, The out of sync warning usually happens when the results are not available in upstream or downstream of the two-way coupling. Please try Results -> Clean Up Solutions in Icepak Ribbion, select the solution of the two-way coupling analysis or All solutions, make sure that you check Inlcude Linked Data checkbox and then click Do Deletions. Rerun the Icepak two-way coupling Analysis. The surface material is for radiation settings, it shouldn't matter to EM coupling.
