I did time-step fatigue analysis, and I used last solution where is in 0.2 seconds, there was no any cycle. However, when I used all the solution(0.05, 0,07,0.1.. 0.2), the cycle was 4678. 
I think, intermadiate times produce the fatigue damage, but I did not be sure. It is true or not.
