We have an exciting announcement about badges coming in May 2025. Until then, we will temporarily stop issuing new badges for course completions and certifications. However, all completions will be recorded and fulfilled after May 2025.

Can you please check under event logs if any error is logged, Start menu> event viewer> expand Windows Logs> Application logs> share the screenshot if any error is logged.

Also, do you have any security software/ antivirus installed?

While running the steup.exe, did you run it as an admin?
