Do you have shared topology (resulting in connected mesh between parts) for all bodies?

make sure you have that.

Secondly:

 

 

Please go to Engineering Data and select a material (air and any other used) and  turn off "filter engineering data" - this filter button is shown in link below
Please delete Specific heat, thermal conductivity and viscosity and all other properties that are not electromagnetic related and are thermal say related.

Go to Project schematic and "refresh" the project.
You should be able to solve now.
