Isee 

The model will look like this when viewed from the side, width = 10um

and i wanna know surface temp. between no.4 & no.5

The current results confuse me, here's some pic of my result

 

at specific time, the highest temperature is about 32 degrees at the surface between no.4 & 5

and this is the path temp. data in the same surface

 

Here is the problem, why there's big temperature difference at the lower interface when the heat is conducted from top to bottom.
