你看，这两个图监视器的位置一样，pml位置不一样，但是结果差距都很大，上面图的PML距监视器是0.4um，下面图的是0.55um。

这个图的PML距监视器是0.74um，这三个图尤其在11um~12um波长的透过率影响很大，那pml距离监视器是多少的时候仿真结果是准确的呢
