你用VIsualizer选10个周期测试看看有无衍射级？

Gratingm 测试一下看看是否工作？ 

即使均匀空间都可以得到衍射级

你先把结构Disable 再测试看看。

也许你需要重新先测试原结构，再少量修改，最后达到需要的结构，每次测试看看。
