Hi Dmarathe,

Thank you very much. I was hoping to find a solution outside of  drivent terminal.

When I try to simulate with driven terminal, sometime I see my resonator disappear from the S21 signal or its frequency changes when I change the interpolating range. My frequency is around 5 GHz. How should I make the simulation more accurate?
