Hello Rob, 

Thank you for the input, that makes perfect sense. However, I am not sure how to structure the enclosure to keep the necessary geometry in the fluid volume. Could I maybe make two enclosures and connect them somehow? 

The two black boxes are the regions of interest but I want to try and keep the walls circled in red in the enclosure.Â
