Thanks for posting your query on Ansys Learning Forum.

Eigen mode solution type does not require any excitations and theorefore you will not be able to setup any magnetic bias for same.

However, if you wish to setup your model with Driven Modal or Driven Terminal Solution type, you can setup Magnetic bias for Ferrites.

HFSS considers Ferrites and requires Magnetic bias excitation. 

There is an example available under HFSS example folder. 

please open AEDT > File -> Open Examples -> HFSS-> RF Microwave-> Ferrite_Circulator.aedt
