Hello Jongwon, I have checked the issue with our Dev team and received the following answer. Could you please confirm it?

1. About changing hardware from AWS managemant console
Changing hardware from AWS management console is not supported operation on Ansys Gateway. So it may cause the issue.

2. Error when changing hardware from Ansys Gateway User Interface
The issue could not be reproduced in our internal environment. It may be a temporary issue, so could you please try again to see if the issue can be reproduced?  If you are able to reproduce the issue, please contact support via ACSS as further investigation is required. Also, the easiest workaround is to evacuate the data and recreate the VM.
