You have a solid tube in the model, so the wall & shadow pair are between the fluid & solid. There’s then an exterior wall which may be tubewall:1  that’s where you set the tubeside free stream temperature & wall HTC. 

Read the mass flow inlet panel carefully: what is the pressure you’re setting? 

For condensation Eulerian Multifluid is an option, for low levels of condensation Eulerian Wall Film can be used.
