Hello Jongwon, Sorry for the late reply. Understood. I will check this issue with our Dev team. I would like to confirm one thing. Is this your first time running a job on Ansys Gateway? If so, there is a dedicated support ML(cloud-gateway-support@ansys.com) for inquiries from the initial setup to the first job execution. And any inquiries after the first job execution will be made via ACSS or this community.
