Hello,

 

I tried to change my hardware using AWS console by changing instance type

 

I successfully change the instance type(c6i.8xlarge. Note that my previous hardware type was c6i.large)

 

I can check it at ansys gateway aws

 

However, as you can see, the price is weird. 

 

Can I change the hardware type in the AWS console? Or do I need to change the hardware type in the ansys gateway AWS? 

I was wondering if I can simply increase the hardware settings in AWS or do I have to change the hardware through ANSYS GATEWAY AWS because it becomes more work in the backbone for the ANSYS program to utilize the hardware performance and ANSYS GATEWAY AWS does it automatically.
