If you turn on the messages in workbench ("View > Messages") what is the error where a Design point fails? Are you running through Remote Solve Manager (RSM)? You may try resetting the Ansys cache to all defaults. Type %APPDATA% in the Windows search field, which should take you to a folder such as:
C:\Users\{login}\AppData\Roaming

Go into the Ansys folder and delete or rename the Ansys version folder while all Ansys products are closed. For Ansys 2024 R1, this would be v241.

When you launch Ansys the next time it will write all defaults to the location.
