Hello, here are a few things you can check:
1. What is the factor by which the displacement results are scaled? (You can adjust that by clicking on this result (Directional Deformation X) in Model Tree > going to the Context tab and checking the Scale). Is it possible that the scaling factor is too high? Honestly, this does not seem to be the reason, but it is an easy check, so I would suggest doing that first.
2. Can you check the Solver Output and make sure that this result is actually converged and that there's no warning that says "The unconverged solution (identified as Substep 999999) is output for analysis debug purposes. Results at this time should not be used for any other purpose."
3. Maybe you can go through this video and see if any of the solutions suggested in it work for you: How to Handle Element Distortion Errors in Hyperelastic Materials — Lesson 3 - ANSYS Innovation Courses

If none of the above work, please add further details so that forum members can help debug the problem, e.g. describe or attach images to explain the aim of the simulation, the boundary conditions applied, any warning messages from Solver Output etc. etc.
