Thanks for the good words.Â
If you have access to the Ansys Learning Hub, there is a 10-minute Aqwa Co-simulation Add-on introduction video, which shows an example of using the add-on. The training material is ready but hasn't been uploaded to Learning Hub yet, but it will be hopefully soon.
We currently don't have a plan to integrate ServoDyn and ElastoDyn, but instead, we are going to work on a substituted way for them. For the blade and tower elastic analysis, currently, we can adopt the Condensed Geometry function in Rigid Dynamics to solve the blades and tower flexibility via the CMS method. However, this requires you to include the correct material and geometry for the flexible parts. For the control system, currently, the workaround is to build the database for blade pitch angle vs wind speed beforehand and define the generator torque vs rotor speed curve in Rigid Dynamics. However, we are working on the solution for a proper controller program. Â
Hope this heps.
