您好，1. 是的，varFDTD计算的结果会与FDE有不同（参考varFDTD原理），此时需要调整波导间隙来达到与FDE相近的折射率差，2. 参考偏振来进行选择，可以看到案例中的前两个mode在FDE中并不存在。
