If you have a solid cube and apply a Pressure to one face, that will be a Uniformly Distributed load.

In the Pressure Details window, in the Tabular Data section, there is an Independent Variable. Change that from Time to the Y axis. Now you will be able to type in the starting pressure and the ending pressure as a function of the Y coordinate, which is a Uniformly Varying load.
