Could you please investigate d3hsp file, and see if there are errors/warnings? You could also specify a very small dt in *DATABASE_BINARY_D3PLOT e.g., 5E-10 to obtain several frames and inspect your model visually. Another good approach is to investigate energy files (GLSTAT, MATSUM and SLEOUT) and look for instabilities. Lastly, could you try running your model using MPP version?
