Hi Mandeep,

I don't see any discontinuity in your mesh in the fillet and it makes sense to have the maximum stress in this region. To explore more, I would suggest refining your mesh in this region to see if the magnitude of stress changes with element size. You can also try varying the radius of the fillet and study that effect on the resulting stress.
