Do not use the ACT extension.

 

Use the ANsys native acoustics systems called Harmonic Acoustics.

Also now when you have acoustic domain on one side only of the shell, that is OK - use shared topology so share nodes on the interface between the 2 domains and avoid using contacts between them (see tutorial where share topology is used) .
(As we said we can not have an acoustic domain on both sides of a shell/surface body, but on one side like shown in the image is OK)
