Hello Keith,

From what I understand, there seems to be issue with how they have been modeled. You can refer this CHT Analysis in Ansys Discovery IGBT model to understand how to model this and how to create a flow domain. 

From the image its difficult to find the inlet, outlet for your flow, if you can share a image of similar example to this in SpaceClaim will be better to understand?
