Hi,

 

The safety factor is always greater than zero if your model is stable. This means your model is not stable. Can you please check applying very small amount of load to it within the elastic range of the material. It could be due to an error in the setup of the simulation or an unrealistic load scenario. Please let us know if ithis is the case.
