It seems that it is not a suitable option. The aerodynamic load is the function of the motion of the structure, i.e. it depends on the position and orientation of the structure. But you think the aerodynamic forces have no relation with the actual locations of the structure in a time domain analysis, it can be imported into the Hydrodynamic Response time domain analysis, see Aqwa User's manual
