Possibly conduction or could be that the fluid moves enough heat to give a uniform temperature. As I don't know what you're setting or monitoring it's difficult to comment. 

If a solution is run transient the model takes time to get from the initial condition to "now". So depending on time step you may find the temperature is still conducting/warming the cells up.Â
