Hello Hasan,
1. Do you have a Granta license?
2. if so, you should be able to see Granta under the Component Systems

If you open the ANSYS Licensing Settings 2024 R1 and choose: Features in use
It should show the list of licenses available:

Can you copy and paste the The section where it shows Users of:
Be sure to scroll down and capture all status data.
