Hi Mu Si,

I suppose these are from FDTD. When you inject the mode, can you visualize that the correct mode is being injected? I will also recommend making sure that the source and monitors are lambda/2 disatnce away from the PML Boundaries. There are a lot of parameters in FDTD that can affect simulation results.You may have to perform convergence testing. I will recommend you to look at this article and consider performing the tests: Convergence testing process for FDTD simulations.
