unfortuately, the current algorithm does not supprt two 2D material attached together, as it will use only one 2D material based on the material priority rule.

It is likely that you have to make one of the two 2D materials into bulk, 3D material with resonable thickness, and convert its surface conductivity into permitivvity. For example graphene:
