Hello Randy and Mangesh,

I followed the steps in the user guide. My computer and the server OS are both Windows. I have access to the remote computer and I am not using a scheduler environment (SLURM, UGE, PBS, LSF). I just want to use RSM to run the simulation on the remote computer. I used the Test machine in HPC option, the test is successful now but I still cannot use the RSM. Please see the attached screen images.

I see a license error showing my hostname, but I have a license to run the simulation on both the local and remote server. I was wondering how I can solve this error.
