经过我的验证，我想到的可能原因是，由于参扫过程中，超表面单元模型最小的几何尺寸太小（小于波长的1/50），导致FDTD没有识别到这个模型（材料折射率较高），而仅仅识别到了超表面衬底模型（材料折射率较低），也就没有按照单元模型的材料进行网格划分，而是按照衬底模型的材料进行网格划分
