Not sure what do you mean by adding registered login details? I have scucessfully registered in customer portal. The problem is that when I try to use your 2024 R1 product installer to sign in via ansys ID. It always shows the above error. Without this step, I cannot use any of your packages due to licence restriction, altough I have installed your Electronics package.Â
