Hi Saeid,

I see you are able to resolve the IP for server hostname and ICMP traffic is allowed.
The error you are referencing indicates either AnsoftRSMService is not installed, not running, or firewalls blocking the TCP port 32958.

Before proceeding:
1. Are you attempting to submit to a Linux scheduler environment? (SLURM, UGE, PBS, LSF)?
2. Are you attempting to solve on multiple stand-alone computers?
3. What is the OS of your client? 
4. What is the OS of the remote solving machine(s)?
5. Do you have access to the remote solving machine?
