I don't think so. Fluent UDFs always work in SI units regardless of what is set in the Units panel. Expressions are fairly new, and follow a unit convention so you can (and I don't recommend this) use a more eclectic selection of units: so 1 [ft] / 2 [m^2] is permitted.Â
