For a technical discussion they're correct. However, we can't help you as we don't know who, or where, you are and this is a question of licencing: you have a trial and that can mean the Portal entitlement isn't set. Please give me their name & your Uni address and I'll see what I can do, I'll delete your reply once I have the information.Â
