Hi Henry,

The warning message is about property being evaluated at the temperature out of range. Double check the material definitions, especially for material '7'. It is easy to accidentally miss the - in the exponent of a thermal expansion coefficient i.e. entering something like 1.7E6 instead of 1.7E-6.
