Hi

It sounds like something is not connected – run a modal analysis with the structure and the fixed support (no loads are needed of course).

 

If all is ok we should see non zero frequencies only (0 Hz means rigid body mode which is that something is not connected).

 

Search also the forum and internet for more info on pivot ratios and errors.
