What I am looking for is exactly the micro LED simulation example file (https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053540493-Micro-LED). Unfortunately I don’t have the latest license to run the coupled charge-mqw simulation.
For now, I have the individual results, that is the IV from CHARGE solver and emission at different electricfield corresponding to the IV in the quantum well from MQW solver. So I am looking for the math behind the IQE calculation in the coupled simulation. I hope it is the result called, “CHARGE”,”Integrated”.
It would be great if you could explain in detail about how the coupled simulation works, what are the calculations made, and How the power v/s current and IQE v/s current is calculated.
