THE  WIRE THAT IS THERE WILL MOVE THE LINK SIDE WAYS EACH WIRE EACH SIDE AND IF WE PULL BOTH AT AT TIME IT MOVES THE LINK DOWN AND RTO MAKE IT MOVE UP THE SPRING TAKES CARE OF IT SO IF TO WORK WITH ONLY ONE WE CAN SUPPRESS THE REVOLUTE JOINT THE ONE YOU SHOWN IN 1ST PICTURE
