Show the details for each of the three boundary conditions.

Is there air in contact with the lower sheet? Is the air enclosed or is there a room full of fresh air that can come in at the same low temperature to cool the lower sheet? If you have a room full of fresh air, then you should add a convection boundary condition.

Without a convection boundary condition, the faces of the sheet can't be cooled so the final temperature will be the same as the upper part.
