The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

Hi Minu,

Thank you for reaching out to us. A common reason for what you are observing is the fact that The ONA will only record signals that are greater than the value of the ONA's "sensitivity" property, which is -100 dBm by default. Hence, if your signal is lower than this value then that might be the issue. 

Can you try and investigate this and let me know if you managed to get your results or need more assistance?
