The small scew orbiting a central screw is similar to a nut on a central screw. As the nut rotates, it travels along the axis of the central screw.

Link to a discussion that shows how to convert a Cylindrical Joint to a screw joint using some APDL code to represent a nut on a screw.

A joint is much preferred over using Contact to achive the desired motion.
