I am simulating ICEPAk but it is getting stuck at in between, in ICEPAK simulation setup, if I keep thermal simulation type as conduction I am getting my simultion result but only for  basic meshing details.  I have attached setup snap for reference

if I keep thermal simulation type as convection simulation is stuck in between even if i keep my simultion running for day or 2.

can enyone suggest what might be the possible causes and what will be the solution to this.

I have already checked my PC  performace, its having enogh CPU cores and memory available.
