You may be able to do that with UDFs but what you then do with the excess heat is another problem. The FIX cell zone condition will set a zone temperature, but again that will have consequences for the remainder of the model. Assuming this is a real system think how that is controlled and once that's understood we can work out how to replicate the effect.
